Getting to Laurie River Lodge

Getting to Laurie River Lodge has never been easier. In 2018 we will be offering our American Plan customers 4, 6 and 8-day package trips including transportation from Winnipeg, MB. Delta Airlines currently offers 4 flights / day from Minneapolis, United Airlines has direct flights from Chicago & Denver While Air Canada offers flights through Toronto.

To keep things simple and easy we are asking all of our customers to stay at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel right at the Winnipeg International Airport. We have negotiated a special rate of $140.00 Canadian for a double room. The Courtyard is located right at the airport eliminating the need for transportation to an off sight hotel. There is also an excellent restaurant, beverage room, free Wi-Fi and exercise facilities at the Courtyard. Our contact at the Marriott is Kamal Kaur. Your best bet is to send her an e-mail as she is a busy lady and is rarely in her office.

Please Note: The Courtyard is supplying transportation from the hotel to the Kelly Western Hanger on the morning your trip is scheduled to start as part of your room rate therefor you MUST make your reservation through Kamal so she knows how many fishermen to plan for on each changeover day.

Once in Lynn Lake it is a short 20 minute float plane ride out to Laurie River Lodge where your cabin and an early lunch await.

The flight from Lynn Lake to Winnipeg will arrive at 1:30 PM leaving ample time to catch your southbound connections to your home city.
